Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support document preparation and scanning for a client based in the Laurel, MD area. This role involves working with both physical and digital files to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and scan documents; verify image quality
  • Enter data into MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
  • Maintain organized records and work area
  • Assist team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
